Terms & Conditions
Order Processing Times
• Local orders may take 1–2 weeks for processing and delivery.
• International orders may take 2–3 weeks for processing and shipping.
Delivery & Shipping
• Delivery fees apply to all local orders based on the delivery area.
• Shipping charges apply to all foreign orders.
• All international orders are shipped from Qatar via DHL, and your tracking number will be provided by our sales team.
Alteration Policy
• Any alterations to the abaya must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt.
• Delivery fees for alterations are the customer’s responsibility.
Return & Exchange
• We only accept returns or exchanges for items with tailoring defects or wrong orders within 1 week from the date of receipt.
• Items must be returned in good condition with all tags attached.
• Deposits are non-refundable. However, customers may modify their order or choose a different design of equal value instead.
Custom Orders
• Custom-made or altered abayas are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Once confirmed, these orders enter production immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Product Care & Quality Disclaimer
• All Laseta pieces are handcrafted with attention to detail.
• Slight variations in embroidery, fabric texture, or color may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
• These are not considered defects but part of the handmade charm that defines Laseta’s quality.
Privacy & Data Protection
• Customer information such as name, phone number, and address will only be used to process and deliver your orders.
• Laseta Designs respects your privacy and will never share personal data with third parties.
